When I arrived in Belgrade, I noticed a variety of front doors. Each is different, each with a character. Acquaintance with the city was interspersed with a sense of the unpredictability of the future. It’s like I’m walking past doors in my life, anticipating events that I don’t know anything about yet. My work is about this feeling. A feeling of anticipation that is usually sweeter than upcoming events. It's like a “welcome drink” that gives you the strength to open the door to whatever opportunity you choose.
